Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to own data and identity product strategy for global markets. You will partner with data engineering, analytics, and cross‑functional teams to define requirements and drive commercial offerings.

You will direct product execution, maintain the backlog, and align roadmaps with privacy, legal, and compliance standards while delivering measurable value to clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience
• Experience building data products and collaborating with data engineering/analytics teams
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Background in product development in data-centric environments
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices
• Domain familiarity in marketing data or information-intensive products
• Not eligible for sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for global data and identity capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and delivery teams throughout the lifecycle
• Own day-to-day product decisions, backlog, and performance metrics
• Develop product business plans to drive revenue, adoption, and cost efficiency items
• Establish quarterly OKRs and KPIs (revenue, adoption, availability, quality)
• Coordinate product launches and market positioning with cross-functional teams
• Proactively manage dependencies and strategic trade-offs with senior leadership
