Acxiom is seeking a talented Product Manager to deliver data and identity products to data-centric businesses globally. You will lead the product from conception to end of life, partnering with data engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to create commercially successful offerings.

You will own day-to-day decisions, drive the roadmap, and align product delivery with strategic goals while collaborating to ensure privacy, compliance, and market relevance across all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments.
• Proven and Demonstrable knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks or similar.

Responsabilités

• Directs product strategy and execution for Acxiom’s Global Data & Identity Capabilities from conception through end of life.
• Collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute product development plans.
• Owns and manages product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and prioritization.
• Establishes and manages quarterly OKRs and product KPIs (e.g., revenue, adoption, availability, quality, cost efficiency).
• Monitors product performance and drives continuous improvement based on metrics.
• Works closely with privacy, legal, and compliance teams to ensure requirements are addressed throughout the product lifecycle.
