Achievement Network (ANet) is seeking a strategic Product Manager to build tools that advance educational equity. You will guide an end-to-end product lifecycle, translate educator needs into a clear roadmap, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features for schools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with ownership of complex initiatives.
• Turn ambiguous goals into actionable roadmaps and execution plans in an agile environment.
• Deep understanding of software development and how product decisions impact workflows.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on market trends and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch with a multi-year roadmap.
• Define success metrics and synthesize data to guide prioritization and trade-offs.
• Partner with Engineering, Content, Assessment, Operations, and other teams to drive rollout and adoption.
• Communicate a compelling product vision to technical and non-technical audiences and align leadership on sequencing.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and optimize portfolio while staying current on EdTech best practices.
