Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to drive Canvas LMS and PowerSchool integrations for K-12 educators and students, focusing on implementation, interoperability, and UX across multiple tools.

You will own the backlog, collaborate with engineering and curriculum teams, translate needs into technical requirements, and develop metrics to measure adoption and learning impact, while supporting rollout with training materials.

This is a remote role open to candidates nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; technical or instructional technology background preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience in product management or LMS administration (Canvas and PowerSchool experience strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of LMS integrations, standards (LTI, QTI, SCORM, xAPI), and digital content delivery.
• Experience working directly with educators, administrators, and instructional designers to improve workflows and learning experiences.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to translate user needs into technical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Passion for improving digital learning environments and creating intuitive, student-centered experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Canvas features, enhancements, and workflows across K-12 environments.
• Help to guide and collaborate on the implementation of PowerSchool features, enhancements, and workflows across K-12 environments.
• Partner with engineering, design, and curriculum teams to optimize the user experience for teachers, students, and administrators.
• Evaluate, integrate, and manage 3rd party tools and content providers within Canvas, ensuring smooth interoperability and compliance with standards (LTI, QTI, SCORM, xAPI).
• Gather and synthesize user feedback to identify pain points and prioritize solutions that improve usability, navigation, and engagement.
• Own the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and working closely with engineering on delivery.
• Collaborate with support teams to monitor performance, track issues, and ensure timely resolution of bugs or integration challenges.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to measure adoption, user satisfaction, and learning impact; use insights to guide product decisions.
• Create training materials, release notes, and demos to support rollout and drive adoption of new Canvas features and integrations.
