Job summary

CharacterStrong is seeking a Product Manager to own the development, delivery, and performance of product domains within its digital platform. This role partners with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Project Management, and other cross-functional teams to guide initiatives through discovery, design, development, launch, and iteration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, product management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience with platform development and API-driven integrations.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled development tools.
• Experience with product analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of assigned product domains across CharacterStrong’s platform.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering to deliver outcomes.
• Translate roadmap priorities into initiatives and execution plans.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with customer value and delivery capacity.
• Lead discovery in partnership with UX and User Research.
• Engage educators, district leaders, and internal stakeholders to uncover needs.
• Translate insights into validated solutions and actionable product requirements.
• Lead initiatives from concept through launch and iteration.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, and Project Management to ensure clarity and execution.
• Monitor delivery progress and adjust scope or priorities as needed.
• Leverage AI tools to support development workflows.
• Deeply understand product performance using engagement and outcome metrics.
• Analyze user behavior to inform product improvements.
• Support GTM readiness and drive adoption with cross-functional teams.
