Job summary

AIOS is hiring a Product Manager – Engagement for Bolt Pharmacy. You will turn a medication delivery app into a daily essential by building social features like Circles and a Freemium model that attracts supporters and competitors’ users.

You’ll work with a lean team and report to the Head of Product, coordinating with the Engagement Pod to drive retention, growth and meaningful user connections. This full-time remote role accepts global overlap with Europe and US time zones, includes

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager on consumer apps with a track record of 0-to-1 product development.
• Experience building social, community or growth-focused features that drive retention.
• Strong understanding of growth mechanics: freemium, retention curves and activation funnels.
• Ability to own hypotheses, roadmaps and outcomes with minimal guidance.
• Comfort with accurate data, avoiding obfuscated metrics and refining metrics.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research and running multiple tests in parallel.
• Ability to ship in weekly sprint cycles and move fast to learn from users.

Responsibilities

• Engagement & Social Direction: Own the roadmap for features turning the app into a daily-use experience.
• Community Building: Lead Circles-like social structures to foster supportive user networks.
• Freemium Growth: Own the freemium loop to convert and retain users.
• Behavioural Design: Balance growth with clinical constraints to sustain engagement.
• Research: Conduct qualitative/quantitative studies to inform direction and prove impact.
• Metrics Ownership: Define and communicate weekly metrics showing strategy impact.
