Job summary

Hone Health is seeking a Product Manager, Engagement to own the surfaces that bring patients back week after week. You will report to the Head of Product Management and partner with design, engineering, and clinical teams to make managing long-term health between consults easy and engaging.

The role focuses on the app home page, AI experiences, messaging, and medication adherence, with a data-driven approach to measure engagement KPIs and drive improvements in habitual use and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong track record shipping consumer apps with emphasis on engagement and retention.
• Experience shipping AI-powered consumer features is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Engagement roadmap across app home page, AI experiences, messaging, and medication adherence.
• Define and track engagement KPIs (MAU, AI engagement, satisfaction, adherence).
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand why users return and where experiences fall short.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and clinical teams to ship improvements that deepen habitual use.
• Partner with the AI team on patient-facing AI experiences (entry points, prompts, widgets, memory).
• Measure success of launched features and develop data-driven improvement strategies.
