Job summary

GoodRx seeks a seasoned Product Manager to shape healthcare provider (HCP) focused products. You will drive activation and engagement, lead initiatives across Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing, and translate provider needs into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.

You will leverage insights from provider workflows, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and execution, balancing short-term wins with long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or clinical/HCP-facing products
• Ability to translate clinical and business needs into product requirements
• Strong communication across Design and Engineering teams
• Experience with data, experimentation, and customer feedback to guide decisions

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy to increase HCP activation, engagement, and account growth
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing and stakeholders
• Develop understanding of HCP workflows, market dynamics, and competitive trends
• Translate problems into product requirements and roadmaps balancing near-term and long-term needs
• Define success metrics and evaluate performance using data and feedback
