Job summary

AIOS is seeking a Product Manager - Engagement to make the app essential to the customer journey. You’ll turn a medication delivery app into a product customers use daily and invite their network to join.

In this first-of-its-kind role, you’ll design and ship social features like Circles, own the Freemium model, and drive retention, engagement, and growth across global users. Fully remote, with overlapping hours for EU/US time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager on consumer apps, with a track record of 0 to 1 product development as a Senior Product Manager.
• Built social, community, and growth-focused features.
• You think in growth mechanics (freemium conversion, retention curves, activation funnels).
• You take loosely defined problems and run with them end to end.
• You value accurate data and clear metrics.
• You run qualitative and quantitative research.
• You ship in weekly sprint cycles.

Responsibilities

• Engagement & Social Direction: own the roadmap for features turning the app into daily use.
• Community Building: lead Circles to foster private user groups and support.
• Freemium Growth: own the freemium loop driving retention and new users.
• Behavioural Design: balance growth loops with clinical constraints.
• Research: conduct studies to support strategic decisions and metrics.
• Metrics Ownership: define and monitor weekly active users and retention.
