Job summary

The Mind Company is seeking a product manager to own the Spark product from discovery through prototype to production, leveraging AI tools. This fully remote role welcomes candidates across North and South America, with opportunities to impact multiple products over time.

You will design experiments, analyze results, and work with designers to shape user experiences, all while driving retention and revenue for Spark.

Qualifications

• Has owned product work on consumer mobile apps end to end, from framing the problem to shipping and measuring results.
• Shows strong product and design taste with shipped work.
• Understands subscription models and what drives retention and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Write specs and run experiments to grow Spark retention and subscription revenue.
• Collaborate with product and content designers on the experience details.
• Study competing apps and bring learnings back to the team.
• Identify growth opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Lead team rituals to keep Spark connected and productive.
