Job description

We are a young team of Health & Fitness industry experts. Our portfolio includes four mobile applications that have already amassed an audience of over 10 million users worldwide.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a Product Manager who views the world through products, possesses strong critical thinking, deep empathy for people, perfectionism, outstanding work ethic, and constructive motivation.

Our goal is to inspire people to lead a conscious and active lifestyle, helping them stay healthy and happy.

What you will do:
  • Break down strategy into sub-goals and determine which features or changes will help achieve them;
  • Develop the product roadmap, define KPIs for each stage, and make adjustments as needed;
  • Manage the product lifecycle from hypothesis to scaling: generate ideas based on data; design user scenarios; formulate requirements and prioritize the backlog;
  • Visualize concepts (diagrams, mockups) to communicate ideas to designers;
  • Participate in testing; analyze the impact of features on metrics; implement iterative improvements; validate hypotheses;
  • Conduct user and market research: analyze audience needs, fitness and health trends, and competitors; turn insights into hypotheses for product growth;
  • Work with product metrics: track Retention, DAU/MAU, and conversion through Amplitude dashboards; identify causes of metric fluctuations;
  • Integrate content into the product: personalization; scenario-based recommendations; assign data-informed tasks to content managers; test formats to boost engagement and retention; manage content metrics (views, conversions, impact on Retention).
What we expect from you:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager;
  • Experience using AI tools to solve work-related tasks;
  • Experience working with analytics — product metrics and data; ability to formulate and test data-driven hypotheses; conduct A/B testing; analyze results and draw conclusions;
  • Proficiency in product analytics tools (Amplitude, Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.);
  • Experience with agile methodologies: writing User Stories; backlog prioritization (e.g., using MoSCoW, RICE); writing specifications;
  • Understanding of the product discovery cycle — how to generate hypotheses, quickly test them (MVP, prototyping), and incorporate them into the roadmap;
  • Understanding of user experience principles — strong product intuition; ability to collaborate with designers to create clear and effective mobile solutions;
  • Understanding of product marketing fundamentals: user retention, activation funnel, methods to boost engagement (gamification, push notifications, challenges, etc.), monetization strategies;
  • Experience with product frameworks: Jobs To Be Done, Lean Canvas, Customer Journey Map;
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
Will be a plus:
  • Experience working not only with features but also with content: improving user experience through content strategies; performance analysis;
  • Background as a data analyst, product designer, or developer;
  • Experience in the health & fitness domain;
  • Experience working with mobile B2C applications.
We also value the following competencies:
  • Proactivity and responsibility;
  • Systematic and structured thinking;
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
Benefits of working with us:
  • International market and international ambitions;
  • Efficiently growing, self-sustaining business;
  • Direct collaboration with business owners;
  • A team of experienced professionals;
  • Mentorship encouragement; access to consultants upon request;
  • 25 calendar days of vacation, plus 3 days off annually;
  • Full-time role with flexible hours and a hybrid/remote work format;
