Job summary

Bolder Apps is seeking a Product Manager to own multiple client engagements in software development, with a focus on AI-powered development and full-cycle product delivery.

This fully remote role requires 3+ years of product management experience, an agency background, strong English, and overlap with US Eastern hours for live client coordination. You will coordinate via Jira, Linear, and GitHub, translating business needs into technical scope and managing budgets and releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in software development.
• Agency or consultancy background with experience managing multiple client accounts and priorities.
• Experience with mobile app development projects, including iOS/Android release cycles and app store review timelines.
• English proficiency at C1 or above.
• Availability to overlap with US Eastern time for live client coordination.
• Comfortable working with Jira, Linear, GitHub issues, or equivalent tooling.
• Able to read technical specifications and bug reports and assess timeline impact.
• Direct communication style with early escalation of issues and proposed plans.
• Comfortable with AI-augmented development workflows and understanding of their impact on estimation and QA.
• Nice to have: Technical project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own product scope and delivery for multiple concurrent client engagements with different priorities, stakeholders, and roadmaps.
• Run day-to-day of software and mobile app development projects, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.
• Translate business requests into technical scope and explain constraints to clients in plain language.
• Track budget, timeline, and scope for every project and flag risks early.
• Coordinate QA, staging, and release handoffs.
• Keep project documentation, specifications, and status up to date.
• Run client-facing standups, demos, and status calls during US business hours.
• Push back on scope creep and unrealistic timelines.
