Job summary

Lexia Learning is seeking a Product Manager to identify and launch features for educator solutions. You will translate customer needs into value-add enhancements aligned with strategic goals and manage cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes writing business requirements, guiding roadmaps, and coordinating with Marketing, Curriculum, Sales, and UX/UI to deliver impactful products.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for SaaS products, preferably in education technology.
• Ability to write clear business requirements for features and enhancements.
• Experience managing products through their life cycle and balancing needs with business goals.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Ability to develop and communicate product stories for roadmaps and features.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business-focused Product Manager for Lexia's educator solutions and be a go-to product representative.
• Inform and support execution of roadmaps aligning features with customer needs and objectives.
• Document business requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Develop understanding of customer experience and product gaps through stakeholder collaboration.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure clear messaging and branding alignment.
