Job summary

Cambium Learning Group is seeking a Product Manager to identify and launch features for educator solutions within the Educator Solutions Product Management team. You will translate customer needs into value-add enhancements and align features with strategic business goals.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Curriculum, Sales, Customer Success, UX/UI, and Technical Product Management to define roadmaps, manage releases, and ensure messaging is consistent with the brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS product management.
• Ability to write clear business requirements for features.
• Ability to manage products through their life cycle and align with business goals.
• Strong collaboration and written/verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and convey product stories for roadmaps.
• Solid understanding of product management workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business-focused Product Manager for Lexia’s educator solutions and be the go-to product representative for GTM and internal teams.
• Inform and support execution of product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives and customer needs.
• Support roadmaps that meet business goals and financial targets.
• Document business requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Understand customer experience and product gaps through stakeholder collaboration.
• Analyze customer requests, market trends, and product data to define vision and strategy.
• Manage release enablement and build awareness of releases."
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure clear product messaging aligned with branding.
• Work with Curriculum, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, UX/UI, and Technical Product Management to inform decisions.
• Coordinate iterative design, development, and delivery of features.
• Work with Technical Product Management to ensure scope meets business requirements.
