Job summary

Cambium Learning Group, through its Lexia educator solutions, is seeking a Product Manager who identifies and launches features that add customer value and align with strategic goals. You will translate customer needs into well-defined features and collaborate across Marketing, Curriculum, Sales, and UX teams.

You will help drive roadmaps, document business requirements, and ensure successful feature delivery in a remote-first environment. A BA/BS and edtech SaaS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of product management for SaaS, preferably edtech.
• Ability to write clear business requirements for features.
• Ability to manage products through their life cycle and balance user needs with business goals.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Ability to craft compelling product stories to elevate roadmaps and features.
• Solid understanding of product management workflows and practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the product representative for go-to-market and internal teams.
• Inform and support the execution of product roadmaps tied to strategic objectives.
• Document business requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Gather and translate customer needs into product opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure clear product messaging.
• Coordinate with Curriculum, Sales, Customer Success, UX/UI, and TPM teams to inform decisions.
• Assist with release enablement and cross-team communication.
