Job summary

Medasource is seeking a Product Manager to lead digital product initiatives for a client. The role requires translating business needs into product requirements and owning execution from planning to implementation. The position is remote with 25% travel and standard business hours (8-5 PST).

The ideal candidate has a technical background, 3–5 years in product management, and experience guiding end-to-end product lifecycles while coordinating with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of product management experience.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, or similar project management software.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience leading execution of product initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of digital product initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Translate business and customer needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.
• Support product discovery, roadmap execution, backlog management, and release planning.
• Evaluate technical solutions, third-party platforms, and system integrations to support product objectives.
• Manage product backlogs, delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies for assigned initiatives.
• Monitor product performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements based on data and user feedback.
• Coordinate product releases, implementation activities, and post-launch validation.
• Communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product management processes and practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
