Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and continuous improvement of digital products in a high-volume enterprise. The role is remote, with on-site work at Blue Ash, OH as needed, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to deliver high-impact products.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or related role.
• Proven experience managing digital products from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Experience with roadmaps, backlog management, and writing requirements and user stories.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience using data, insights, and business metrics to guide decisions.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and timelines.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap with measurable objectives.
• Identify customer, associate, and operational needs through research, data, and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate opportunities into requirements, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value and feasibility.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Architecture, Security, QA, and Operations across the lifecycle.
• Lead discovery including market research, interviews, and concept validation.
• Establish KPIs and use product data to evaluate performance, adoption, and ROI.
• Coordinate launches and go-to-market with Marketing, Communications, Training, Support, and Operations.
