Qualifications

• Six or more years in product management or related roles.
• Proven experience delivering digital products from discovery to launch.
• Experience with roadmaps, backlog management, and writing requirements.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business priorities and timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and measurable objectives.
• Identify customer and operational needs through research and data analysis.
• Translate opportunities into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations across the lifecycle.
• Lead discovery activities including market research and concept validation.
• Define KPIs and use data to evaluate performance and ROI.
• Monitor post-launch performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate launches and go-to-market activities with Marketing and Support.
