Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy and development of digital products in a fast-paced enterprise. This contract role supports cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, operations, marketing and more to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will establish a clear vision, translate needs into prioritized requirements, and guide products through discovery, development, launch, adoption, and optimization in a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in product management, product ownership, or related role.
• Experience managing digital products from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Experience with roadmaps, backlog management, and writing requirements and user stories.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience using data, insights, and business metrics to guide decisions.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable objectives.
• Identify customer and operational needs through research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate opportunities into requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value, impact, and effort.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Architecture, Security, QA, and Operations across the lifecycle.
• Lead discovery with market research, interviews, and concept validation.
• Establish KPIs and monitor product performance, adoption, and ROI.
• Coordinate launches and go-to-market with Marketing, Communications, Training, and Support.
