In this remote, one-year contract role with 25% travel, you will partner with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver enhancements, manage backlogs, and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical field required.
• 3–5 years of product management experience required.
• Experience with Jira, Asana or similar PM tools.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience leading execution of product initiatives from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of assigned digital product initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Translate business and customer needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.
• Support product discovery, roadmap execution, backlog management, and release planning for assigned products.
• Evaluate technical solutions, third-party platforms, and system integrations to support product objectives.
• Manage product backlogs, delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies for assigned initiatives.
• Monitor product performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements based on data and user feedback.
• Coordinate product releases, implementation activities, and post-launch validation.
• Communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product management processes and practices.
