Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to lead data and identity products for global markets. You will work with data engineering and analytics teams to define offerings and drive revenue, adoption, and performance across the product lifecycle.

You will oversee roadmap, backlog, and quarterly OKRs, while partnering with engineering, privacy, legal, and other teams to ensure compliant, scalable solutions. This remote role emphasizes collaboration across regions and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 4+ years in product management or related field.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or information-intensive environments.
• Knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake or DataBricks.
• Not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Directs product strategy and execution for Global Data & Identity Capabilities from conception to end of life.
• Gather and define requirements from global stakeholders and prioritize into a roadmap.
• Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute product development plans.
• Own day-to-day product decisions, delivery, and performance within defined scope.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support launches and adoption.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement based on metrics.
