Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to lead data and identity products for data-centric clients globally. This remote role directs strategy and execution for Acxiom's B2B Suite from conception to end of life, collaborating with data engineering, analytics teams, and cross-functional groups to define and deliver on the roadmap.

The ideal candidate has experience with data products, strong problem-solving skills, and knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake or DataBricks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Required)
• 3+ years of product management or related experience
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices
• Domain familiarity in marketing data or data-centric product environments
• Experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake or DataBricks
• The position is not eligible for sponsorship (not eligible for any sort of sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Directs product strategy and execution for Acxiom's B2B Suite from conception through end of life.
• Owns day-to-day product decisions, delivery, and performance within defined scope.
• Manages product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and prioritization.
• Establishes quarterly OKRs and product KPIs (revenue, adoption, availability, quality, cost).
• Collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute product development plans.
• Supports product launches, positioning, and adoption with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Monitors product performance and drives continuous improvement based on metrics.
