Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to lead data and identity product strategy across global teams. You will collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and cross-functional partners to deliver commercial offerings and shape the data culture. The role emphasizes customer value, governance, and scalable product execution.

You will own day-to-day product decisions, manage backlogs, and drive quarterly OKRs and KPIs related to revenue, adoption, and performance. Remote-friendly with global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Background in data products or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data or data-driven product ecosystems.
• Proven knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
• The position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Directs product strategy and execution for Acxiom’s Global Data & Identity Capabilities from conception through end of life.
• Owns and manages product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and prioritization.
• Defines and executes product roadmap aligned to broader product strategy and domain goals.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support product launches and adoption.
• Monitors product performance and drives continuous improvement based on metrics.
• Works with privacy, legal, and compliance teams to address requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Escalates cross-product dependencies and investments to senior leadership.
