Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a talented Product Manager who will be exceptional at delivering data and identity products to data-centric businesses globally, collaborating with data engineering and analytics teams to shape commercial offerings and drive a data-driven culture.

You will direct product strategy and execution for Acxiom's B2B Suite from conception through end of life, own the backlog and roadmap, and partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to launch and measure product success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments.
• Proven and Demonstratable knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks or similar.

Responsibilities

• Fully functional and self-directed within defined product scope.
• Owns and manages product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and prioritization.
• Defines and executes product roadmap aligned to broader product or domain strategy.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders for launches, positioning, and adoption.
• Monitors product performance and drives continuous improvement based on metrics.
