Job summary

JPW Industries seeks a Product Manager to own the Chip‑Making portfolio under the JET and Baileigh brands in a remote role. You will define the 3–5 year roadmap, drive end‑to‑end product development from VOC to launch, and own profitability targets.

Lead cross‑functional teams, manage pricing and portfolio decisions, develop compelling market narratives, and prepare sales tools. Occasional travel to customers, dealers, and tradeshows will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5 years of industrial product management experience.
• Hands-on CNC machinery experience with market insight.
• Proven launch track record across the full arc of product launches.

Responsibilities

• Own the 3–5 year Chip-Making product roadmap with emphasis on CNC machinery.
• Lead end-to-end new product development from VOC to launch.
• Set pricing, margins, forecasting, and portfolio decisions.
• Develop market narratives and sales tools for JPW brands.
• Visit customers, dealers, and tradeshows to represent JPW.
