Job summary

Jabil is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and support new product development programs across Claremont NH, Austin TX, and remote US locations. The role requires driving projects from concept through mass production, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and aligning to customer needs with defined milestones and KPIs.

Up to 50% travel is expected, with relocation available. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical field with 8–12 years’ PM experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering/Technical field preferred).
• 8–12 years of work-related experience in project management or related discipline.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support assigned new product development projects and programs from concept to mass production.
• Build and align project plans, milestones, and KPIs with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the program interface with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality; provide status updates and risk mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices across Jabil facilities.
