Job summary

JPW Industries in La Vergne, TN, is seeking a Product Manager – Chip Making to own the full lifecycle and P&L of the portfolio, setting the strategy, roadmap, launches, pricing and performance for the JET and Baileigh brands.

You will lead cross‑functional teams with Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Sales to convert end‑user insight into market‑winning products; 3–5 year roadmaps, and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial product management.
• Hands‑on CNC machinery experience and a real feel for the product, the market, and what end‑users need and want.
• Product launches: track record from concept to in‑market success.
• Willing to travel to customers, dealers, and tradeshows as the business requires.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle and P&L of the Chip-Making portfolio, including strategy, roadmap, launches, pricing, and performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams with Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and the Metalworking Sales Directors to turn end‑user insight into products that win in the market.
• Develop the 3–5 year roadmap and drive end‑to‑end new product development.
• Set pricing, margins, and financial targets by product line; monitor results and adjust.
• Provide Marketing and Sales with messaging, content, and launch materials.
