Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in manufacturing projects. You will aid in developing contracts and purchase orders, manage master plans, and drive on-time, within-budget delivery while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Production.

Responsibilities include problem solving, directing multi-department work, and frequent travel to MO/MI/IN plants. A technical degree and strong CAD/CNC/Plex skills are required, with GD&T proficiency and leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering/manufacturing.
Extensive background in manufacturing, tooling and engineering with APQP.
Must read blueprints and GD&T proficiently.
Strong tech skills: CAD, CNC, Excel, Word, Outlook, Plex.
Ability to lead and influence others in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

Aid in the technical development of contracts and purchase orders using internal standards.
Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules.
Develop solutions to program problems.
Direct work of others across departments.
Keep projects on time and within budget.
Travel to other plants occasionally (MI, IN, MO).
Interact with employees at all levels (Sales, Engineering, Production, etc.).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
