Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years experience in a product management or product development role with team lead duties required.
• Demonstrated experience in digital product management, product ownership, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
• Strong experience working with software development teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute product strategy for Information Technology/Digital solutions.
• Understand in depth the relevant Digital markets, competition, and user requirements.
• Lead product design and development for innovative solutions.
• Work with data scientists, software engineers, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams on cutting-edge technologies.
