ABC Fitness is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Billing & Collections to own the long-term vision and roadmap across subscriptions, payments, and collections. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and finance to design reliable billing experiences that improve revenue and customer trust.

You will leverage operator feedback and product data to identify high-impact opportunities, define metrics, and drive improvements across invoicing, dunning, and payment recovery in a remote-first

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with ownership of complex products from strategy to launch.
• Experience in payments, billing, fintech, SaaS subscriptions, commerce, or related domain.
• Strong customer empathy, business judgment, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the long-term vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Billing & Collections.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and GTM.
• Drive improvements across subscriptions, recurring payments, invoicing, dunning, notifications, and automation—incl. AI where valuable.

This role owns the product strategy and roadmap for billing, subscriptions, payments, and collections across ABC Fitness, turning complex payment workflows into reliable, intelligent experiences for operators and their members.What you'll do:Own the long-term vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Billing & Collections; make clear trade-offs across customer value, revenue, risk, and engineering complexity.Build deep customer and market understanding, using operator feedback, competitive insight, and product data to identify the highest-impact problems and opportunities.Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and GTM to shape and launch reliable billing experiences.Drive improvements across subscriptions, recurring payments, invoicing, dunning, notifications, payment recovery, and automation - including AI where it can materially improve outcomes.Define the product metrics that matter, use experimentation and analytics to guide decisions, and measure impact on payment success, involuntary churn, recovery, adoption, and cost efficiency.Who you are:10+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning complex products from strategy through launch.Experience in payments, billing, fintech, SaaS subscriptions, commerce, or a closely related domain.Strong customer empathy, business judgment, and analytical skills; you turn ambiguous problems into clear product bets and measurable outcomes.An effective cross-functional leader who can align technical and non-technical stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and maintain momentum through complexity.An excellent communicator who writes clearly, frames trade-offs precisely, and can influence executives, engineers, and customer-facing teams.Especially valuable: Hands-on experience with subscription billing, dunning or payment recovery, payment routing, risk/fraud, API-based platforms, or data/AI-powered product capabilities.How we measure success:Billing-related involuntary churn decreases and payment recovery improves.Customers see more reliable, intuitive billing and collections experiences, reflected in product adoption and customer feedback.Roadmap investments produce measurable revenue, efficiency, or risk-reduction outcomes.Products launch with clear success metrics and strong cross-functional execution.Why ABC Fitness:ABC Fitness is a global fitness management platform serving members in 100+ countries. The anticipated compensation range for this position is -USA based candidates $124,000 - 141,000 USD; Canada based candidates $132,000 - $161,400 CAD- annually. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable.
