Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a senior Product Manager for Billing & Collections to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution across payments, subscriptions, invoicing, and recovery. You will partner with engineering, design, data science, finance, legal, and customer success to deliver reliable billing experiences that reduce involuntary churn and improve recovery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in payments, billing, fintech, or SaaS subscriptions.
• Strong customer empathy, business judgment, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex product bets.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Billing & Collections.
• Define metrics and use experiments to measure impact on revenue and churn.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to launch reliable billing experiences.
• Improve subscriptions, invoicing, dunning, notifications, and payment recovery.
