Job summary

Watchmaker Genomics, a Boulder-based life sciences company, seeks aProduct Management Operations Associate Director to lead analytics, demand planning, pricing and lifecycle management across NGS and diagnostics. You will partner with Core Product Management, Commercial Operations, Finance, and IT to scale operations and improve cross-functional processes.

The role requires 12+ years in product-related roles, a Bachelor's degree, and 2–4 years in people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
• 12+ years in product management, product operations, portfolio operations, commercial operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Product Management Operations team, building scalable cross-portfolio capabilities.
• Improve Product Management processes, tools, systems, metrics, and operating practices.
• Lead analytics for product and portfolio performance across commercial, operational, financial, and quality data.
• Support product reviews with consistent analytics and trends in performance, demand, and pricing.
• Oversee demand planning and forecasting across standard and custom products with cross-functional partners.
• Guide pricing analytics, ASP and margin trends, and scalable governance processes.
• Lead operational processes for Product Care & Quality and lifecycle management for custom products.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across the product lifecycle including on-market changes and documentation.
