Watchmaker Genomics is seeking an accomplished Product Management Operations Associate Director to lead a cross-functional team in Colorado (Boulder preferred; remote considered). You will own analytics, lifecycle processes, and portfolio governance across standard and custom products.

You will partner with Product Management, Commercial Operations, Finance, Operations, Quality and IT to drive data-driven decisions, pricing strategies, and scalable operating models for a growing biotech

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in product management, product operations, or related field.
Experience in biotech, life sciences, genomics, or molecular diagnostics desirable.
Strong analytical/quantitative skills integrating data into clear business insights.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the Product Management Operations team to provide scalable cross-portfolio capability.
Develop and improve PM processes, tools, systems, metrics, and operating practices for efficiency and visibility.
Lead product and portfolio performance analytics by integrating commercial, operational, financial, and quality data.
Support PM business reviews by establishing analytics and surfacing trends in product performance, demand, and pricing.
Lead demand planning and forecasting across standard and custom products with cross-functional teams.
Support pricing strategy with structured analytics and scalable governance processes.
