Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Science, Business or related technical discipline.
• 1–2 years of product management experience in life sciences, diagnostics or pharma.
• Experience with product lifecycle management: NPI, on-market support, obsolescence.
• Ability to communicate across levels with strong presentation skills.
• Location: Remote within the US.
• Relocation benefits are not available.

Responsibilities

• Define and direct short-term execution and long-term vision for AXELIOS 1 Platform.
• Gather, refine, and prioritize product requirements across segments.
• Establish frameworks for NPI, on-market maintenance, obsolescence strategies.
• Lead business cases, reviews, and demand forecasting for instruments and consumables.
• Design global training frameworks, field guides, and sales tools.
• Coordinate with international affiliates on messaging, pricing, and calendars.
• Track NGS trends, benchmark competitors, identify portfolio gaps.
• Synthesize field insights to refine messaging and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with R&D, Bioinformatics, Software, Finance, Operations to align specs.
