Watchmaker Genomics in Boulder, CO is seeking a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager for Precision Enzymes and Emerging Technologies. This full-time role reports to the Associate Director, MDx & Enzymes Product Management and focuses on lifecycle management and OEM strategy in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has an MS or PhD in molecular biology or biochemistry with 6+ years in biotech, hands-on enzyme experience, and expertise in NGS/MDx workflows. Travel 20–25% is expected.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field with 6+ years experience.
• Biotech/start-up experience desirable.
• OEM/B2B enzyme or reagent product experience strongly preferred.
• Experience presenting technical information to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with PCR/qPCR and NGS techniques.
• Willingness to travel approx. 20–25% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and multi-year roadmap for enzyme portfolio.
• Engage R&D on characterization, scale-up, and OEM requirements.
• Lead new product development initiatives with key stakeholders.
• Represent enzyme programs in portfolio committees and care reviews.
• Translate market intelligence into roadmap decisions and launches.
• Support on-market product care and customer requirements.
