Job summary

Baylor Genetics is seeking a Director, Business Platforms - Product Management to design, implement, and optimize digital products for genomic laboratory operations. You will lead strategy and execution across Client Services, Revenue Cycle Management, and Sample Management, partnering with the AVP of Business Platforms and cross-functional teams to drive scalable solutions and compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital product management in healthcare or genomics.
• Experience with enterprise platforms and cross-functional teams.
• Proven expertise with CRM, RCM, and system integrations.
• Strong Agile methodologies experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for business platforms.
• Collaborate with the AVP and stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into digital solutions.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation through implementation, optimization, and ongoing support.
• Drive platform modernization and integration across CRM, RCM, lab systems, and reporting.
• Partner with operations, client services, billing, IT, engineering, and vendors to improve workflow.
• Define product requirements, business cases, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Lead Agile product management practices including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure platforms meet compliance, security, and operational reliability in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Mentor and guide product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.
