Job summary

Symetri is seeking a Product Lead to own strategy, priorities, and success for the Naviate MEP portfolio within its Technology Unit. Fully remote in the United States, the role focuses on translating customer needs into actionable product outcomes across BIM, MEP, fabrication, and related workflows.

You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to drive measurable value, define metrics, and lead product discovery from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AEC, MEP, fabrication, BIM, VDC, or related software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing workflows.
• Experience translating customer needs into product priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, goals, and prioritized roadmap.
• Lead discovery with customers; translate insights into outcomes.
• Coordinate with Dev, UX, QA, Marketing, Sales, and Support.
