NMI is seeking a Director of Product Management for Value Added Solutions. This remote role in the US leads a small PM/Design team, owns strategy, roadmap, and P&L, and works across Sales, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to deliver a strong product portfolio.

You will partner with partners and customers, join customer calls, define investments, and ensure successful go-to-market with measurable revenue growth. Strong hands-on leadership is essential.

Formación

• 8+ years in product management with payments or fintech.
• Experience owning a portfolio of products with data-driven ROI decisions.
• Strong track record in leading geographically distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision, multi-year roadmap, strategy, and P&L for NMI's Value Added Solutions.
• Drive channel growth and business development with substantiated business cases and revenue targets.
• Rank opportunities by upside, effort and speed to market for SMB fit and GTM viability.
• Build ROI projections and track actuals against them across launches and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive adoption, growth and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage partner relationships and contracts.
• Develop a repeatable launch playbook and govern third‑party integrations.
