Naviam is seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap and backlog for multiple enterprise products in a fast-paced, remote-capable environment. You will translate business goals into clear product requirements, prioritize work, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Delivery, QA, and Sales to drive successful releases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Product Management, Technology, or related field.
3–5 years of product management or related experience in B2B software or SaaS.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional software teams and agile practices.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the roadmap, backlog, priorities, and product direction for assigned products.
Define, document, and communicate product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
Serve as primary collaboration point between Product, Engineering, Delivery, QA, Customer Solutions, Sales, and Support.
