Job summary

ICF seeks a Senior Product Owner to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery for a federal ServiceNow program. You will align multiple workstreams and translate mission needs into epics, features, and stories that drive out-of-the-box capabilities.

Remote work is authorized with US Eastern time alignment; preference for candidates in the Washington DC metro area. A strong product mindset and Agile experience are essential to succeed in this multi-workstream environment.

Qualifications

US citizenship and active Secret security clearance required.
6+ years of product ownership or related Agile delivery experience.
3+ years with ServiceNow or equivalent workflow platform.

Responsibilities

Communicate product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for ServiceNow capabilities.
Translate stakeholder needs into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Lead discovery, elicitation, and prioritization sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Define and maintain epics, features, and deliverables refined for delivery.
Balance mission value, user impact, and feasibility to drive backlog priorities.
Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and analysts to ensure feasible capabilities.
Ensure backlog is refined for sprint planning and cross-workstream coordination.
Evaluate enhancements against out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionality and upgradeability.
Monitor delivery progress and escalate risks and decisions affecting scope.
Support user acceptance testing, change readiness, communications, and adoption.
