Job summary

CAC I International Inc. seeks an experienced Product Management Transformation Specialist to drive the agency’s shift toward outcome-based, user-centered, iterative product delivery for the USSS contract.

The role combines hands-on product management execution with coordination activities across governance, engineering, and mission teams. You will coach product owners, maintain artifacts and KPIs, manage backlogs, and enable continuous improvement in alignment with 21st Century IDEA Act, OMB

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with ample experience in product management or digital transformation
• 3–5 years supporting federal government clients or large public-sector agencies
• Experience coaching cross-functional agile product teams and driving outcomes
• Knowledge of agile/lean frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevSecOps practices
• Familiarity with federal IT governance, acquisition processes, and budget cycles (PPBE, OMB guidance)
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with user-centered design and product artifacts (KPIs, roadmaps, user research)

Responsibilities

• Support product discovery, user research, backlog management, and performance measurement
• Develop and maintain product artifacts (user stories, KPIs, roadmaps, vision statements)
• Coordinate agile planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across multiple teams
• Coach product owners and program staff in product management fundamentals and agile delivery
• Support governance, reporting, and risk management for the transformation program
• Coordinate with COR and Product Owner to clarify roles and avoid duplication
• Establish dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track product success metrics
• Facilitate communities of practice and establish templates and SOPs
