Job summary

RealTime eClinical Solutions, a remote-friendly SaaS company, seeks a Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to standardize Agile practices across 12 engineering teams and drive delivery discipline. You will coach Scrum Masters, own metrics, and ensure alignment between product strategy and day-to-day sprint work.

Candidates should have 5+ years in Scrum/Agile roles, experience with Jira and GitHub, and a background in scaled Agile frameworks. Telecommute options within the US are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Experience coaching multiple Scrum Masters across teams.
• Proven ability to translate roadmaps into scaled Agile execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Program Leadership across 12 teams; coach 6–7 Scrum Masters.
• Own Agile Development Metrics & Quality Accountability Framework end-to-end.
• Serve as Agile conduit between Product Management and engineering.
