Job summary

onX is seeking a Product Launch Manager to bring a new connected product experience to market, designed to work with the onX Hunt app and unlock new possibilities for outdoor enthusiasts.

You will own end-to-end launch execution from beta to broad availability, coordinating engineering, operations, marketing, and customer experience while keeping timelines and dependencies aligned across teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in program management, project management, product launches, or related cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with physical or hardware products is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end launch timeline, milestones, and deliverables across hardware, software, marketing, operations, and customer experience.
• Coordinate launch activities from beta through broader availability, ensuring milestones and dependencies are aligned across teams.
• Partner with manufacturing partners to coordinate production timelines and ensure internal teams are prepared for critical launch milestones.
• Identify, track, and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and potential roadblocks to keep launch activities on track.
• Drive day-to-day launch execution with clear ownership, priorities, and accountability for deliverables.
• Monitor launch readiness and progress, address gaps with cross-functional partners to protect timelines.
• Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders, providing visibility into status, decisions, risks, and milestones.
