Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in program/project management or product launches with cross-functional scope.
• Experience with physical or hardware products is required.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage deadlines.
• Strong timeline, milestone, dependency, and risk management skills.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and driving accountability without authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end launch timeline, milestones, deliverables across hardware, software, marketing, and ops.
• Coordinate beta to broader availability milestones across teams.
• Partner with manufacturing to align production timelines for launches.
• Identify, track, and manage dependencies, risks, and roadblocks.
• Drive day-to-day launch execution with clear ownership and priorities.
• Monitor readiness, address gaps before timelines are impacted.
• Communicate launch status, decisions, risks, and milestones clearly.
• Escalate complex trade-offs requiring leadership alignment.
• Demonstrate company values and accountability across teams.
• Embed AI as a repeatable co-pilot in launch planning and execution.
