Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Product Analyst to help improve healthcare solutions through data-driven insights. You will monitor product performance, analyze user behavior, and partner with product managers and engineers to design tests and measure outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Remote work in the United States is supported, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher and 4+ years of project management or similar experience in various environments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to create and analyze reports.
• Familiarity with JIRA.
• Basic understanding of setting up and evaluating product tests.
• Ability to evaluate ambiguous problems and link data to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, PMs and leaders.
• Translate complex findings into clear narratives.
• Investigate anomalies and patterns
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product performance by tracking core metrics such as user growth and retention.
• Deliver user behavior insights by analyzing journey data and feedback.
• Evaluate feature experiments with PMs and engineers to measure outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment by assisting in roadmaps and communicating across teams.
• Analyze market trends with competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform priorities.
• Analyze product usage, user trends, and drop-off points to identify improvements.
• Execute tests and experiments to assess new features or changes.
• Support product, engineering, and design with data for project decisions.
• Coordinate data tracking to ensure accuracy and consistency across the team.
• Prepare simple dashboards and reports showing performance and trends.
