the company seeks a Product Data Analyst (L3) to uncover and deliver product data, analysis, and insights that empower stakeholders to maximize the impact of data in decision making. You will own analytics workstreams end to end in a fast moving, remote‑first environment.

This role is remote with India-based flexibility; you will partner with PMs, build dashboards in Looker/Tableau, apply SQL, and ensure data quality while integrating AI tools to speed up workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quantitative analysis or BI experience.
• 4+ years SQL/relational DB QA in regular use.
• Proficiency with Tableau and Looker (LookML).
• Ability to decompose vague problems into data strategies.
• End-to-End ownership from requirements to delivery.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Analytics: own complex projects from scoping ambiguous problems to delivering actionable, data-driven insights.
• Define metrics, dashboards, and product planning inputs.
• Apply SQL and BI tools to translate data into recommendations.
• Maintain metrics, datasets, models in Confluence and Datahub.
• Balance multiple initiatives with prioritization.
• Ensure data quality through validation and QA.
• Integrate AI tools to speed up analytics workflows.
