Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product performance and track core metrics such as user growth and retention.
• Deliver user behavior insights from customer journey data and feedback to identify friction points.
• Evaluate feature experiments with product managers and engineers to measure outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment by assisting in roadmaps and coordinating with design, development, and marketing teams.
• Analyze market trends with competitive analysis and benchmarking for prioritizing features.
• Perform analysis on product usage and user trends to find areas for improvement.
• Execute tests and experiments to determine the best new features or changes.
• Support data-driven decision making for product, engineering, and design teams.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate and consistent product data tracking.
• Prepare simple dashboards and reports showing performance and key trends.
