Job summary

Baker Hughes Holdings LLC is seeking a Product Execution Engineer to deliver process and software solutions to new clients, build customer relationships, and guide change initiatives across regions. The role emphasizes asset-management workflows and sustainable project delivery.

You will engage with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of ARMS software implementation processes, while leveraging IT skills and ERP experience in a global energy technology

Qualifications

• Experience applying reliability methods and techniques within relevant industry.
• Experience in process-level management of change.
• Good teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Strong IT skills with the ability to analyze complex data and adapt to new systems and platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, etc.).
• Spanish-speaking ability is required.

As a Product Execution Engineer you will be delivering process and software solutions to new clients.

As a Product Execution Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and fostering relationships with customers across multiple disciplines, divisions and regions.
• Providing process change expertise and guidance for customers.
• Blueprinting work processes and designing customer-centric solutions in asset management.
• Engaging with internal stakeholders to deliver customer projects.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have experience in the application of reliability methods and techniques gained within relevant industry.
• Have experience in process-level management of change.
• Be a good team player and have good communication skills.
• Have good IT skills with ability to analyse complex data, data handling and adaptation to new systems and platforms.
• Be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Ariba etc.).
• Should be a Spanish speaking person.
