Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a Product Engineer to drive new product design and enhancements for Fibrelyte enclosures and related brands. You will collaborate with product management, operations, and customers to deliver designs from concept through release.

The role involves remote work supporting multiple US plants, design calculations, FEA verification, and ongoing product improvement. A mechanical engineering degree and 3+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in product development for physically manufactured products.
• Proactive collaborative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams in fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in 3D modeling and CAD tools (Inventor/Vault).
• Experience with design for manufacturability and regulatory compliance.

Aufgaben

• Establish design specifications based on industry and customer standards.
• Design, detail, prototype, and test enclosures and accessories.
• Collaborate with Product Management to bring a product from concept to release.
• Coordinate testing and prototyping with internal and third parties.
• Ensure manufacturability and smooth production introduction of designs.
• Create SKU's and Bills of Material.
• Support QC, regulatory compliance, and project goals.
