Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, seeks a Product Engineer to design new Fibrelyte products and improve existing offerings while collaborating with product management, operations, and sales. This is a remote role supporting multiple US plants.

You will perform design, prototyping, testing, 3D modeling, and ensure manufacturability, while maintaining regulatory approvals and driving continuous improvement across water, energy, and communications markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with 3D modeling and QA/testing.
• Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish design specifications based on industry and customer standards.
• Design, detail, prototype, and test enclosures with accompanying components/accessories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring a product from concept to release.
• Coordinate internal and external testing and prototyping of product.
• Work with Operations on tooling, automation, and assembly processes to ensure manufacturability.
